Google play store weird error

Hello, 

I am getting a weird error code when I try to install an app on the google play store. The app downloads OK but when it tries to install I get an error code -506. I searched frantically online but I could not find a solution. I have plenty of storage space. I just cleared the play store's cache and I am waiting for it to download now. In the meantime, please post your fixes. My device is not rooted.

did you try turning it off and on again?
