I'm looking for suggestions for a friend of mines build that I might do

Location: Ohio, USA

Budget: $400-600

Use: Gaming mainly with schoolwork too

Monitors: Single 1920x1080

Why Upgrade: He wants a PC not a console

Requirements: To run many AAA titles at 1080p on atleast High settings, an intel processor, no amd processors allowed,and an amd or nvidia gpu no preference there 

Edit: No Os required

An i3 6100 and an RX 470 will be fine. You can choose the rest of the parts but start from those two parts.

If he is possibly upgrading later would you say its more worth it to go for a strong i5 like the 6600/k then pop in something like a 1070 down the line or keep the 6400 and then drop in the 1070
