Laptop Problems (Vital)

My Aspire E1 522

Has A Error. It says select a option and there is a select auto repair bar but when it finishes it goes back to the original menu. Help.

Ive made a recovery usb. all my files are there but i just cannot access the windows home page.

(It says a drive is locked or something). Please help.

This should be asked in the troubleshooting section for the best chance of getting help.  I'd suggest asking a mod like @Ryan_Vickers or @wkdpaul to move this to troubleshooting for you.
