Hey,

i hope this is the correct tab for this. I have been gaming on my laptop for a while. It was that same Dell laptop Linus actually reviews with the 960m in it. I started playing some Skyrim SE today and I started to notice some problems. Whenever I move the textures more or less spread. If I look up on the clouds and move the camera there is a blue outline around it that extends itself that faster I go. I have no idea what is causing the issue but it is making the game unplayable as it hurts my eyes now. I think It might be a graphics card issue but i'm not sure. You guys might be able to help. There is no way I can capture it but I found out it does it in the original Skyrim as well.

Update: I found out it's a display issue with my external monitor. It does not stretch when I'ts playing on the screen itself. I'd delete this is I knew how sorry
