Next step

Hello, guys and gals! I need some advice on my next step(s) on my setup! my goal (eventually not rushed at all) is 4k at 60fps with decent settings on most AAA games. I am not close to that at all yet and only have a 1080P monitor right now so we are ways away.

 

Here is my current setup:

Rosewill FBM-01 case

EVGA FTW 950

EVGA 500 watt White edition

ASUS B85m-g r2.0

8gb of ddr3 crucial ballistix sport

Intel pentium G3258 OC to 4.3ghz at 1.345v

Coolermaster D92 with arctic silver 5 thermal paste

Mushkin 240gb ssd

I basically followed the build guide by TechSource on youtube for Budtron build with a few improvements. I have about $300 to spare on this so what are some things yall would upgrade! I was thinking processor but not sure what I should go with. Still kinda new to this so I'm trying my best! Thank you!!

i have plnty of room and a backup usb 3.0 128gb thumb drive

Z97 board, 4690K, and a better GPU

PSU is shit, get an EVGA G2, B2, GS, GQ, Anything from Seasonic or XFX (excluding the XT), Corsair RMi/RMx/HXi, Gray label CX instead.

swap the cpu to a new or used i5 4460, sell off the pentium and use the money remaining to get the best graphics card you can buy(used or new). and maybe a better psu if you can.
