Okay so im going to say this as quickly as possible, my dad got me a pre-built pc, i wanted to build my own a month before and told him this he completley ignored it, i used the pc for a year, pc was terrible as it lagged just surfing the web and opening up a web browser! So i thought lets just upgrade this pc i mean it can't be that hard right? Wrong. The pc seems to have no visible power supply! And having no power supply and being a custom made motherboard means i cannot add a graphics card! I'll just show an image and if anyone has any ideas of how to install a gpu on this device without scrapping it please say so.

Power supply is external in a brick I assume and there are no expansion slots. Sorry dude you can't add or change anything

I would agree with your suspicion that this computer can not be upgraded. Most prebuilt systems are made with the intention that the owner will never upgrade them outside RAM and maybe an SDD. Some even go as far as yours here with custom made parts. I think all you can really do is pull out the RAM and storage, since it has laptop RAM you won't be able to use it in a future desktop build, but the HDD should be salvageable.

The PSU is internal... There is probably no way to install a GPU as the PSU has very low wattage...
