video/GIF playback problems(black squares, missing i frame?)

so just like that it happens. wtf? all drivers/browsers/whatever is up to date. why does this keep on happening? what is this? if i can't get my daily dose of donald trump insults im going insane.

I guess even computers have a stupid-limit. I suggest playing an educational video every now and then to balance it out?
