Game Server, Is this enough?

I have all the parts to build a cheap "crappy" game server. The main use is for Counter Strike Global Offensive, Garry's Mod, and Probably Killing Floor. The maximum amount of people on the server should roughly be 10 - 13 people. Will the computer be enough to support the game servers? Not all at once.

 

The Specs follow:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400/Q8200 (I have both)

Some LGA 775 Generic Dell Motherboard

2gb x 4 (8gb DDR2)

Used Old HDD (Trying to pay only the electricity bill)

GT 520 (If needed; most likely no)

probably, but your biggest bottleneck will be your internet

yea.. if your internet is fast enoguh it should be pretty much fine..

My internet speed is 80/40 and I haven't ran into any throttling or "too much" bandwidth. Honestly I think I have unlimited bandwidth.

You could run them all at once or at least 2 and have some breathing room left.
