OnePlus 2 not working

Hey all, so I was recently using my OnePlus two to browse facebook, when the screen went grey. I pressed the power button to try and figure out what was wrong then the screen went off, however when i pressed it again nothing happened, the phone just vibrated. I have put the phone on charge to see if it was the battery (I had about 50% when it stopped working) and it does nothing. I can press the power button and the phone vibrates and press the fingerprint scanner and the phone vibrates but the screen stays black. I've had the phone since july

Screen dead,probably. It's under warranty? Just send it back to the place where you purchased it.

Bought it off the website it's not under warranty, why would is suddenly stop working?

...what website? If you got it from Oneplus, it should still be under warranty.

Sometimes electronics fail. It happens.

But you have to pay extra for a warrenty and I didnt I just bought the phone

No. The phone has a 12 month warranty through OnePlus.

Ah, so should I send it back for repair?

You likely have to contact customer support for an RMA number.

But, really, you should have contacted them before posting on the forum. They're much more capable at helping than we are.

Or at the very least at the same time.
