Help Planning for a Gaming PC

Go to solution Solved by LonliestofAll,

Then I see nothing wrong with the current build, just pick the highest end graphics card you can afford.

Hey folks!, i'm planning to build a gaming pc with this specs, tell me, if this is ok, or i change something, for another thing, budget is 800$ or less, like 700-800 dollars i can spent for the build.

Well this are the part I'm planning to get

AMD FX-8350 4.0ghz

AMD ATI Radeon HD 7850, 7870 or 7950 i don't know what to choose, you can help me decide this

8gb RAM 1600mhz

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Motherboard

Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS Bronze

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for the CPU, if someday i want to overclock.

Guys, what do you think?, do i need to change something or like this is fine?

Thank You

Are you going to be using this for anything else besides gaming? And get the highest end graphics card  you can afford.

Only gaming, no editing, no workstation, no server, ONLY gaming, and for watching anime, but to watch anime you don't need a super PC but, the only things i'm going to use this PC is for gaming and anime, that's all.

Try to fit in a 7970, find the best deal you can get because while there is stock the price will be low.

Thanks for the fast responses.

7870 is a mid tier card. 7950 and 7970 are high end card, but the 7970 is the better card. For me I generally pick a series graphics card and then go through the non-reference design cards and pick the best cooler. The Asus Direct CU II is one of the best coolers around.

yeah some ppl say that, the 8350 is the OC of the 8320, im not a OC man, so i can pay 50$ more for the 8350.

You should be oc'ing regardless. You should really only get a 8350 IF you're going to go for a high oc because it oc's higher than the 8320 on average.
