seems fine but its ECC ram
do you need ECC ram? does your mobo support ECC?

edit: i think its quite expensive for a single stick ( that could be bcause its ECC, not sure)

That's about as reliable as RAM gets. Very good for everyday tasks. But it's a solo 8GB stick so you might want to make sure it's compatible with your rig using the Kingston's online tool: http://www.kingston.com/en/memory/search/Options
