PC Shut down while playing Games!

Hi I know this question has been asked many times and many question has been answered. But i just want to make sure what is the problem with my system. My system shutdown and restart when i'm playing highly intensive games like, Mirrors Edge Catalyst, Shadow Warrior 2, ect. ect.

 

 

 

I have been monitoring my Temp and i found out the temp is normal. CPU - 37C idle and max of 47-53C full load and my GPU 41C on idle and max of 67-72C while playing games which is i think pretty good with the stock cooler. When My PC shutdown and restart i has no display but all fan and pump are working and need to wait from 10-20 mins before i can turn it on again..

 

I think it is not overheating issue and also i think my CX600M PSU "the green one not the new grey one" have enough power to power up my system even in full load or Maybe its my Motherboard or PSU?

 

 

 

CPU:i5 3330
GPU: GTX 970 EXCO From Galax

PSU: CX600M
