i have a system of mini itx form factor and have core i3-6100 and amd rx 470 4gb,

how can i upgrade my system for $500 to do entry level 1080p video rendering and editing

i was thinking following choices

1) buy i7 6700k with 32gb ram and air cooler

2)buy i7 6800k and a h110i water cooler.(ram upgrade in future)

3) buy i5 6600k and evga 1060 6gb for everything medium gaming ,editing etc.

3) buy 1070 graphics card and get bottleneck performance

I would get a i7 6700 since you have a H110 motherboard which won't allow for any overclocking. You can stick with the stock cooler or get a nice, cheap aftermarket one like the CRYORIG C7.

How much RAM do you have currently? Do you have a SSD? What's your current power supply?

The 6800k would need a new motherboard. So that's out.

I'd go with the i5 for an all round system. Chances are the amount of editing you'd be doing doesn't need an i7.

Number 6 seems the most reasonable. Most of mini ITX boards arent Z170, so buying a K CPU is not worth it. So i'd rather you buy an i5 6600, a 1060, and some RAM with the surplus money.
