I have two servers running linux both. Also I would rather have a physical router.

Well Id personally then get anouther old server and chuck something like untangle or pfsense on it.

But if you want premade, Do you care about any features?

Id get gig if at all possible its worth the extra 10 bucks.

100 or 60 I believe its 100Mbps I forget Also I only use the two servers.

Well the router will only give you 40 megs of throughput so depending on where you place it and what you want it to do, then that might be more than enough for you.
