Performance?

 Hey guys I have a really high-end gaming PC and I reinstalled windows and formatted my hard drive and did all of that but for some reason my Steam game such as counterstrike and team fortress and every other game take a long time to open right after I click it before do used to be instant but now it takes time and I don't know if there's a certain bios setting that I have to turn on or off or something else could someone please help me thank you? I have a samsung 850 pro ssd

Its the 850 pro the only storage you have? Or do you also have an HDD (you say hard-drive earlier but then say you have an 850 pro later and dont mention an HDD)? Are you able to give us numbers for exactly how long?

I have an 850 pro and a 2tb wd green hard drive. By numbers what do you mean my games take 15 seconds to open after i click on it when before it use to be less than a second. @suchamoneypit
