Hi,

I am in australia and my budget is $650 USD

this is what my parts are looking like right now:

 

i5 6400

GTX 970(getting it for $130US)

Asus h110m-a

fractal design integra M 550W 80+

8gb ddr4 2133 ram

aoc 21.5" ips monitor

deepcool tesseract case - red

WD 1TB blue hard drive

 

Any feedback would be appreciated

looks pretty good. Just to be sure, is that monitor 1080 60hz?

Look nice. All thought you don't want to forget CPU cooling, you you aren't going with the stock fan

Stock fan is fine for locked i5. He can buy better one later.

That is about what power it gets from the wall. 1080p 60hz refers to the resolution and frequency it can change per second
