I'm looking to build my first pc and I need help with the motherboard and processor. If anyone has an idea of good product I'd greatly appreciate feedback. I'd like to try to keep the motherboard around 100 and processor around 200. Thanks!

MSI H110M Gaming is one of the best budget Micro ATX motherboards I've been able to find. I know most usually say to avoid the gaming title as it can sometimes be a rip off. This one however is the only in that form factor on Newegg that has two, 4-pin PC fan case headers. If you don't mind a smaller or bigger motherboard though then there will probably be a lot more choices. Of course fan splitters do exist, if you're ever interested in controlling the speed of two front fans individually from the rear exhaust I'm fairly certain physical headers are the only option besides a separate fan controller.
