Slow when doing what? Is your ram reaching 100% in task manager?

More ram could help, but won't be a huge difference since the current ram is already the fastest the system supports. Could keep the system from pagefiling to drive if it's doing that now with whatever you're running on it

Well you have 2x2gb sticks, so you would need 2x4gb sticks of DDR3 1333, and I think it should help but I'm not sure how much. As far as upgrading that system, this is the easiest upgrade.
