I'd like to customize Windows 10's UI for myself because I loved how Windows 8.0 looks. So far, I've managed to change the start orb, taskbar skin itself and etc. But there's one more thing I need.

 

When you select an app that's pinned to your taskbar (on windows 10) it becomes "selected". When it's in a "selected" state, it gives you a flat and barely visible square around the icon AND a blue underline below the icon itself which I really despise. I think it looks terrible.

 

I want to change this:

to look like this (in win10):
