Min Specs:

OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

Processor (AMD): AMD FX-6350

Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K

Memory: 8GB RAM

Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB

Graphics card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce® GTX 660 2GB

DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent

Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection

Hard-drive space: 50GB

Now I think you will be ok with your cpu, I ran the beta with an i5 3570K. Not sure how much % you will use but you'll probably be able to go high settings

Hahaha are the guys at DICE drunk or something ? There is a huge difference between the 6600K and the 6350

They were comparing number of cores and saw that 6350 has more but bit lower clock speed so put it same

the 1060 is more than enough for bf1, I was getting 40% usage on multiplayer.

The cpu is a different story, you really need a 5th gen core i5 or above to play at decent settings.

Core i7 7700k Kabylake stock + Kraken x52 | ASUS Z170-A | 8GB DDR4 2133MHz HyperX | ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 STRIX 6GB | 250GB SSD Samsung 850 EVO + 2TB HDD WD RE4 | Seasonic X-Series 650w | Corsair 460x RGB  | Win 10 Pro 64 bit | Corsair M65 PRO RGB Mouse | Corsair K70 RGB RapidFire

While almost true, it's not THAT bad.

Spoiler

And... what do you mean by needing a 5th Gen CPU to run "Decent Settings",.?

None of my friends have i7's, most of them have 4th gen i5's like me (not even as high as the 4690 either) and they also have zero issues hitting "Decent Settings"  (Ultra btw) with any of their CPU's, it's GPU-Bound territory for them...

I'm @ 70-80% across 4 cores with a locked i5 4690. (Admittedly a fast locked i5, but = i5 6400 the OP has, isn't going to make a huge difference to what I get)

His Specs - If he's not 1080p/Ultra @ 70-90fps I'd be shocked.

Every single video i've seen on BF1 performance all seems "relatively justified" to the hardware used.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

8GB was not enough RAM in "Beta" and i dont see why it should be enough now.

you'll get good performance

Battlefield 1 DirectX 12 - 1080p - Nvidia, AMD

be aware that this was tested on an i7 5960x

I get those frames in 1440p ultra. Weird bench.

And yet it was....for many, including myself (I'm not saying other systems (8GB Ram) don't have issues, but its not BF1 doing that by itself)

I have multiple video's all with performance that match's my hardware.,

My 8GB of System Memory didn't make the game any worse that it could have been, as it was using 6.6-7.5GB (Total Usage inc OS/Background)

Beta or Running it Today with a Trial/Early Launch window... It's perfectly fine @ 70-90fps (Beta as well as Today) with a decently clocked but locked i5 4690 /8GB Ram + stock GTX970.

Why even make your post if it isn't necessarily true.
