AMD Radeon Settings crashes

Moglakos

Am I the only one who's AMD Radeon Settings crashes in random time without any reason?

I mean at random times without doing anything special a windows 10 window appear says my AMD Radeon Setting has stop working...

Any ideas? Does anyone else has the same problem?

Try reinstalling drivers, if you are using the beta drivers try the whql one.

I had the same thing happen on my HTPC with a AMD APU after the anniversary update, reinstalling the Crimson package seemed to fix it.

Use DDU to completely remove the old drivers and software,

I did reinstall drivers and now it sometimes crashes, better than crashing everytime!

EDIT: speak of the devil, it crashed again!

Maybe try a older version.  What GPU do you have?

How does it crash? BSOD or frozen that requires hard reboot? Also, use DDU and use older drivers.

A windows message pops up and says it crashed. Then i just press the "Close the program" button and that's all!

Definitely try a older version, my brother has a 7870 GHz Edition that doesn't like Crimson.  He's now running the last release of the CCC package without any issues.
