Should I OverClock

Alrighty Then, I've been working on more and more complex projects in adobe after effects and my computer is starting to show its age. while snooping around why in after effects. It occurred to me that i never tried overclocking my pc so here a I am here are my computer specs 

Cpu: Amd FX-4130 code name Zambezi

Gpu: Amd Radeon HD7800

8Gb of DDR3 memory

You need cooler capable of handling OC and motherboard.

However looking at your system I don't think that you will even get noticeable benefit from OCing.

my mother bored is a M5al78l-m Lx plus and the cpu is water cooled

With that said, overclocking will help, but you should remain realistic in your expectations.  It's not going to help that much.

I think it might be time to upgrade something thing but What is the question.

get the FX 8350....... or wait for zen.

 

Also, you can wait for zen sell your entire PC and start anew.... it depends, how much would you be able to spend ?
