6600k & 1070 Overclock

I am planning to overclock the i5-6600k, and Gigabyte 1070 Windforce OC. 

 

How much power(watts) would I need:

  • 1070: Core 1.56GHz -> Core 1.70 GHz
  • 6600k: 3.5 GHz -> 4.2 GHz

Current PSU in mind: CXM (Gray) 650W 80+ Bronze 

 

Would this be enough?
