Hey guys I really wanna stream at high quality yet optimal performance on Twitch im not partnered

Lemmie know what settings you think i should use, bit rate and if i should stream at 60 fps?

the goal of streaming is to have a .1bpp ratio. for 720p 30fps that is 2800Kbps. 3500 is basically pointless

again, WHAT GAME ARE YOU PLAYING. youre setting will all depend on the game. Motion games require higher bitrate to look good, and motionless (hearthstone, or slower games) require less

for 720p 60fps, definitely 3500Kbps. your cpu will handle it just fine. however, some people might not have the download speed to watch without buffering, so you could try something like 720p 30fps and 2800 Kbps max, or like 2500Kbps

Lanczos filter is best for downscaling from 1080p so 720p, where as bicubic is best for downscaling from 1440p to 1080p. Make sure Use CBR is checked in your encoding settings

3500 is overkill for 720p. One is fine with 2200-2700kbps.
