Are you flexible with those component choices?  On Black Friday you'll see deals on specific models of components and not so much "everything".

For example, you'll probably see the Asus VX248H come down in price toward the 21.5 inch model that you picked out already.  Or there may be another brand that offers a 24 inch display with similar specs for the same price or less.  If you are willing to go for the best deal, you'll end up saving lots of money.

You'll see this happen on Black Friday with headsets, and video cards as well.  Just make sure you've looked at the other offerings in those product classes so you can recognize a good deal quickly.  Theres also bad deals out there on Black Friday.  Sometimes on products that have defects, or just poor user ratings.

Since you have a non-K CPU, check at the time of purchase for a good deal on a B150, H170, or Z170 motherboard (with an M.2 slot). Also, keep in mind that a mATX motherboard works just as well (and will fit in an ATX case.)

Since you have a non-K processor, there's no need for the Hyper 212 cooler. You could use the stock cooler, but I would suggest you just get a smaller (than Hyper 212) cooler like a Hyper 101i or similar. (There's no sense putting the strain of a big and heavy Hyper 212 on your motherboard, if you're not going to need it.)

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

The Hyper 101i (and T3/TX4) looks almost the same as the 212 and is quiet. It's just smaller.

There's also the Hyper 103 which has a blue LED fan.

A few things I'd suggest you change...

This is probably the most important: Stick to a 2.5" SSD, it's the same speed as the M.2: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/storage-ssd-mx300

When the M.2 slot is utilized, your motherboard will disable SATA 5 and 6 ports: Check under detailed specifications here

Storage: Crucial MX300 525GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (€125.83 @ Amazon Espana)

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler  (€47.09)  >Amazon Link

^If you want a better cpu cooler with a lot nicer looks, this one is your go-to.

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2666 Memory  (€42.39)  >Amazon Link

^Cheaper and faster 2666Mhz sticks

Monitor: LG 24MP58VQ-P 23.8" IPS (1920 x 1080, 5ms, HDMI, DVI) (€143.00) >Amazon Link

^A lot better than the one in your current list for about the same price

^24" monitor, sleek design, VGA/DVI/HDMI outputs, on-screen control and other nice to haves

^IPS panel for more accurate colors and wider viewing angles

^Product page for other specifications

Honestly, if you're already buying a seperate CPU-cooler and getting a Z170 board, why not go all the way and get the 6600k?

There's nothing wrong with getting a non-k CPU, but this makes most sense when you use the stock cooler that comes with the non-k models.

It's good to get Z170 with non-K for the extra benefits. Getting a K-series and a non-Z chipset is bad.

Actually... it depends on whether you're also getting a CPU cooler.

Most of the cost difference between a 6600 and a 6600K is actually the cost of having to get your own cooler. The price difference between the CPUs themselves is usually rather small - smaller than the performance / clock difference.

So basically a 6600 only makes sense if you use it with the stock cooler. Once you get an aftermarket cooler you might as well throw in the 20 bucks extra for the 6600k for 600 more mhz...even if you don't OC.
