Plug hard drive into the new computer and hope windows works. I actually changed my mobo and CPU from intel i3 to AMD 8350 and windows updated to the new configuration without any problems at all.

Another option is to get your serial with

(Get-WmiObject -query 'select * from SoftwareLicensingService').OA3xOriginalProductKey

And then do a fresh install.

Nothing special to do.

Just install Windows 10 on the other computer. Just don't turn on the other system with network connection, until you format the OS (if not, they'll fight for activation). Or you can do like what vorticalbox is saying, which removes the product key from the OS, so that in the case you turn on the old system, it won't activate and cause you problems.
