Gentoo users, how often do you update?

I usually update every 1-2 weeks if I can so to avoid huge updates, still often there are many packages to update. How often do you update out of curiosity?

If your a desktop user, I really don't think it matters.  I got so sick of updates I used something else for desktop.  If your running an unstable arch, it's even worse.

But for my servers, it's about once every month, same as Windows.
