Can anyone recommend me a good case which has a side transparent window and a good case fan system with a good number of extension slot under $40.

Under 40$ you probably won't find a high-quality case with a window. I would spend the extra money and get the NEW S340

I hopped on ebay, and only saw 65~ minimum for "PC case with side window." I searched Original antec lanboy (I have that, it has 2 case fans, and one side panel fan and can fit an ATX MotherBoard.) But it's over 40$.

Bit Fenix Nova. And even that isn't a great case... but its about all you're gonna get on that budget.

BitFenix Neos, slightly hard to close the cable side panel of the case. Otherwise in my opinion a really nice cheap case.

Kind of thin metal but all edges are smooth you wont get cut. Also comes with 3x3.5" HDD and 3x2.5" SSD (or laptop sized HDD's) bays which you can't find on most cheap cases. (that is if you need this many).

As for price.. well it was in the $44 mark but if you say now $34 then I don't know if you can find it.
