New Earphones

I am looking for a new pair of earbuds that sound good and are comfortable, my budget is $200 and I do not know what sound I like as my daily drivers are scullcandy's that cost $30... I was looking at the Sennheiser Momentum in-ear but I don't know how they sound and I am open to suggestions.

The Bose soundtrue ultra headphones are my personal daily drivers, I think they sound excellent. Come with three different ear tips for you to choose based on size of your ear. Unless you are a fan of bass heavy music or just one that loves bass, these do not have the most overwhelming bass.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

I use the SE-215's and they're excellent. Wonderful IEMs for $100.

nothing is the best. Every person likes something different. Some people love bass, some love treble, some mids, some a mix. It is all about your preference
