no post after hard reset on startup

So. I did a hard reset on start up. Now my computer won't post. I would put up full specs but can't really access them and haven't written them down, so here's what I can remember: AMD A4-5300 APU, 16GB ram, MSI FM2-A75MA-P33. I realised right after I done it how stupid it was, so what has happened and is it fixable?

Try flipping the CMOS jumper or reseating the CMOS battery. This will reset the BIOS to default configurations.
