Low frame rate

Hi

In past 2 day, when I play games the frame-rate sometime stop. I mean the game just stop than it back to normal frame rate in few second. Do you guys have any idea why?

Here is my spec: E3 1230V2 GTX1060 8GB ram H61 motherboard. 500W PSU

Was it an online game? if so check your ping when that happens and make sure you aren't having network issues.

I was playing battlefield 1 and rainbow six ,I do not think it is ping, if it is ping it just lag not 0 frame rate

Was thinking the same. I play Euro Truck Simulator 2 offline and my frame rate can just tank randomly when certain modded objects spawn. Like going from 60 FPS to 10.

Try reinstalling gpu drivers, making sure nothing is overheating, and see if your cpu/ram/disk are at 100% when it happens.
