GPu fans stop spinning once windows starts

My gpu fans spin fine, but once windows starts up, the stop.  I just installed the card, and a reinstalled the drivers, but nothing is working.

What GPU?

Most GPUs from the past several years will not spin fans at idle to be quieter.

This is normal.

Well if it's not in use they won't spin, have you checked Crimson to see what it's doin'?

I figured it out they wont spin when its under light load
