Sounds to me like Google needs to just stop being the policeman and tell companies if they have an issue to take the individual to court seeking a court order to remove said infringing content.  That would stop a lot of the BS take down notices across the board not just on youtube.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

Can somebody explain to me how you search for URL on this forums because it doesn't work for me as far as I can tell.

You're not supposed to search for a URL... Search for the topic. For example, type in "TotalBiscuit Day One Garry's Incident"

This is not the first time that happen to me and looking for random word might not work every time unlike the URL of the original article/video/etc... assuming the guy that post it first did it correctly.
