Black Friday doesn't always ensure tech discounts. If anything... sometimes they go up a little.

I'd go with the 1070 and a 1440p monitor as those tend to pair well together. 4K usually struggles with the 1070 depending on the detail level you plan to play at while the 1080 does better at 4K.
