@Aytex Refresh doesn't work.

Please elaborate... I have no idea what you talking about.

I am using windows 10. How does it have anything to do with a linux live usb???

It doesn't have anything to do with it, but it would probably solve your problem.

Head over to Ubuntu.com and download a image.  You can then use a tool like http://www.pendrivelinux.com/liveusb-install-live-usb-creator/ to make a bootable flash drive.  Start that up and you should easily be able to delete the folder.  It may seem like using a sledgehammer to kill a fly, but I don't know of any other way and I can virtually guarantee that this will work.

I have this old folder that is located at my E drive.  (In the pic the one that's called : Do not ask me what the fuck are these)

It used to have a lot of 3d models and 3d assets in it. I deleted most of the sub folders in it, now it has only 3  empty sub folders inside it.

However when I tried to delete the folder completely, windows says: could not find this item.

So now this folder is just stuck in my E drive.

When I opened properties it says 0 bytes. Which means the folder has nothing in it...

I don't know how to delete it from my E drive.

Any suggestions?001.png002.png

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

I assume you've tried rebooting and refreshing the page?

If so, it may, for some reason, gotten into a situation where it (Windows) doesn't understand the path to the folder.  I used to observe this when using Linux to create files with a colon in the name... NTFS technically supported it but Windows had a fit and couldn't do anything with them.

My advice would be to fire up a Linux live USB and delete it that way :)

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Okay. How about this?? I clear my drive, use cmd prompt to clear everything on the drive.

Then re install whatever I had on it.

Does it work too?

@Ryan_Vickers has the suggestion that will get rid of the folder. I have had the same problem in the past and that solution worked for me as well. I have also use a Mac O.S. to delete the folder. Just do it and move on........ :)

Did I help you to fix your problem or at least did offer somewhat valuable advice? Consider giving my post a "informative" or "thumbs up".

Perhaps but that's probably a LOT more time and effort

No.. The windows operating system cannot delete or clear out what it does not know is  there. It is like this: Windows does not know that anything is there but somewhere in the bowels of the operating system (Perhaps in the registry in the desktop items) it is listed but windows does not know it. one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Keep it simple. Fix it with a non-window operating system from a live CD or have someone with a MAC fix it. Don't make it harder than it is.........

There are a few VPN providers that have a Linux client. I use Mullvad because they have the best privacy policy and have high speed servers.
