I would spend a bit extra and go for a 450 watt Corsair CXM which blows anything in the competing price range out of the water.

What are your system specs? You may be able to get a decent PSU for your system for 40 USD for a lower-end system but if you have a higher-end system that produces more heat and draws more power it may be best to not skimp.
