[pls help me] Nintendo 3DS screen is dim

GrayTech

Hey Guys!

I haven't used my 3DS in a while and recently I turned it on again. But then the upper screen wasn't very bright and sometimes it flickered. Anyone else has/had the same problem too? Can anyone tell me how I can try to fix this?

Thanks!

Turn it off and back on again.

Toggle screen brightness settings.

Shake it.

Berate it.

Shake your fist at it.

Already tried these three things but the problem is still there. The image on the upper screen is fine but it isn't bright at all.

It's likely a backlight issue. If it was mine and not under warranty, I'd take it apart and fix it.  Parts are generally available.
