Can't turn off Windows Defender

Ok so the problem is that i can't turn off Windows Defender no matter what, it always keeps turning itself on, i tried disabling it with regedit,  gpedit.msc(group policy i believe), control panel and from windows defender.

It just keeps turning itself on

i dont see where to disable it as there is no task..

that's strange, you must've delete it somehow

I disabled it from task manager -> services -> windows defender/firewall and properties and disabled it on auto startup etc.
