Wanted to build a dedicated gaming htpc for my home theater. Not sure what case to get though, want it to be quiet, able to fit 2 graphics (for future), a nice cpu cooler, and multiple storage devices (looking at m.2 for programs and games and a hdd for storage) but i see so many options. I can put it in a rack where I have my amp and av receiver, so maybe one that fits into that would work but i see those are usually really small. I guess i could put it on the side since i have the space but im not sure. Main uses would be for watching movies, tv shows, and gaming. Maybe I can get aluminum case since its a good conductor. looking to spend around 100

Not sure what you mean about the conductivity, wouldn't that be a bad thing? :P

Two GPUs is certainly holding you back since you'd only be able to go microATX at the smallest. Try choosing from here:

I have a HTPC in Silverstone GD09, it's a full ATX case so plenty of room for multiple GPUs and has two 3.5" and one 2.5" drive bays.  It has good clearance for CPU coolers and the best part is it has mounts for two 120mm fans on each side so it's easy to cool and keep quiet with low RPM fans.

I meant for heat lol and 2 gpu isn't a must, I could easily be happy with one gpu

get one that has the reqired parts for your build

e.g have a 2.5" drive and a 3.5" drive make sure that the case has both a 3.5" and 2.5" drive bay or adapter for 2.5" drives in a 3.5" drive bay

and looks good

also if you get it preowned you can pimp it out

my HTPC is rainbow colored and changes it's colour pattern every 2 min's

looks really cool and powerful

****SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH IT'S REALLY TERRIBLE*****

Been married to my wife for 3 years now! Yay!
