Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows if g-sync will work with nvidia surround. What was making me think of this was that I heard that g-sync only work over display port. I cant think of any setup apart from tri sli or quad sli setups that would support 3 display port connection. What do you guys think?

Thanks

personally ive never had any issues with microstutter/screen tearing with my 780's in surround and even in just 1080p gaming, idk if anyone else has an issue with it but I can't say ive ever noticed, its a great idea but idk if paying an extra 200$ for monitors just to eliminate something that I don't notice already is worth it lol

ot: I'm sure it would work in surround because these monitors are going to be quite expensive, so the high-end consumer would what would be buying these probably.

Personally, only my titan sli rig, I notice tearing if v-sync is off and a slight stutter if v-sync is on. It didn't seem to be that apparent but now that nvidia has pointed it out, I notice it a lot and it is bugging me. I can completely understand why most people don't see the point but from linus's reaction on the live stream, I'm quite excited about it. I currently run 5760x1080@60h/z not 120h/z or anything crazy in the refresh rate department so maybe that is why I notice it so much but if you want to know what nvidia mean but stutter and lag, go play far cry 3 with any type of AA on! Also I'd like to know what you guys play on, V-sync off or V-sync on?
