Experiences with MSI RMA?

Took me about 3 days on my 960 card when just talking to them. When I sent it in, it took about a week, week and a half or so. Two of those days which it took it to actually get to MSI.

Do you mean that they had it for 5 days since you sent it out or 5 days since it was delivered?

I returned my GTX 770 some time ago. It took MSI about a month to send me a new one.
