for the mobo, gigabyte h110m-a for $54 or asus h110m/m.2 for $50 after rebates is a good budget choice. depending on how much you got, i'd recommend the versa h15 or nzxt s340/phanteks p400.

also, don't get that psu, get something like the cx550m instead.

don't recommend the 3gb gtx 1060. vram is too low and some games already use more than that on 1080p. EVGA, MSI are the ones i'll pick, avoid asus for bad warranty and nvidia for bad cooling performance and high price. if you can't afford the 6gb model the 4gb rx 480 msi gaming X is $205 after rebates.
