Do you have a pic. There doesn't seem to be a cable in the unit you showed. Often with these ebay products, you may get a different cable and have to order a few.

It came with no cable. 

I believe i showed you the monitor before i need it to connect to. Please also recommend a psu that works with it if possible.

I can't find the exact model, but here is a combo with 10 of them for 8 pounds
