dont get me wrong i can play bo3 on medieam to high settings around 50 to 70 fps but my cpu hits 100% all the time

I mean, I did get a second GPU at some point for the sake of it, so if it's something you always wanted to try, why not? Just bear in mind it may not be the most cost-effective alternative.
