network malfunction

on my workplace i got a problem whit the network, in my pad i got perfect conection but on my phone i cant acces the internet.

tried whit 2 laptops asswel and one one got network bot not the other, dont even hawe network when i conect whit hardline.

got conection to the router on all device but not to the internet.

plz need help whit this

 

hawe already tried most solution mention on the internet whitout anny sucsses

Does your workplace have MAC filtering?  I'm guessing not if you managed to get some devices working, but might be an idea to ask whoever is in charge of the network there. It could be something as simple as you have a static IP address setup on it/them and the work network has a different IP range so that;s why your devices can't connect.

Probably a bad DHCP server. Some devices have leases, while others don't. Judging by your grammar, you probably shouldn't be messing with any of the network stuff.
