Hi, I have a old gaming pc that i got off of ebay for $300 and is VERY slow and can only play cs:go at 30 fps :(. I have an old graphics card but it dose not have any identification on it so i don't know what sort of power it will need and i don't even know if it still works. Would it be safe to plug it in to my pc and try it because i really don't want to break my pc cuz i will have to go without one until christmas.

EDIT: The card dose not have any power plugs on it. It draws power from the motherboard

If it draws power from the motherboard, the most power it can theoretically take is 75W. Still, if you can find any label possible on the card, it might be enough to identify it.

Is it safe to plug it in? Yes. If it's got no power plugs, then you won't need to worry about PCI-E power connectors, but make sure that your PSU isn't crap.

Yup. I wasn't 100% at first until I looked at the sticker again, and found "HD 5450." That confirmed it without a doubt. But then this 5450 matched the part number style of the OP's card as well, and looked physically the same.
