help Can someone do a simple script?

Hiya, could someone create a simple slider and number input for example, like this page.

http://bdcraft.net/cubik-pro. They choose the ammount of payment, or if not can someone find something that works. I either need it already working with paypal because that's really what I am trying to do or set a variable. So they choose the slider to "20" it sets the variable to "20".

I'm not really a web coder by any means, but couldn't you just steal their code and modify it? (giving attribution, of course)

So far I've not been able to find anything! The only siders I got are useless, and view source... well that's bad. I don't really want to get in trouble

View source, copy it and get it working, then look at how it works and try and make your own.

Just did that, it uses a widget. I assume it's hosted widget.

I would try the one posted rather than jumping into a framework suck as jQ mobile as it is purple html and JavaScript.

 

I've used the frame work a little to create the front end of an app I helped developed a few years a go.
