I have a 760t

A 970 HOF Blower Card (afaik) with three fans

An H110 Push-Pull in the front of the case

One exhaust fan

Obviously just slapped together as my first build, how could I improve temperatures here? More fans, and if so where? Less fans, and if so, which ones need to go?

Shipping sucks

I would suggest looking at these videos

What you have seems fine to me.

What are your load temps?

Oh I'm not exactly sure my PC is all the way across the country; but when I go back this summer to Texas where ambient temperature is enough that you can sweat inside, and I want to start video editing, overclocking, painting etc. I'd like to to be somewhat cool.

My temps should be fine like you said, I used it for a good 8 months before I left and the last two months I had a stable OC of 4.1 just with the automatic tuner; however, I really just want to start learning how to "optimize" my pc. Get the most cooling w/o investing in a real loop, how to OC efficiently with the cooling etc.

Well, you might as well leave any tuning for when you get back to your pc.

well, after a point you're going to get diminishing returns and the only reason to get more/better fans would be cut down on noise. I would say you are pretty close to that point as a rad should be enough and you should have airflow for the caps and what not. the ambient temp of your room will have a greater effect than more fans so, the best course would be to leave the heavy stuff to night when heat is less on an issue.

Sorry for nitpicking. Blower and 3 fans can't be. Its either one. Blower is single intake with rear exhausting, 3 fans are all intakes and exhaust to all sides. Talking about GPU.

The airflow setup seems fine. Check temps when you have chance and we'll know if there's anything to adjust.
