No I meant what happened to make it do that. Did your computer crash or power outage or something to make windows act up. I want to ensure that it won't be a reocurring problem.

Its crashed before, mainly on windows 8.1 but recently when i have been using chrome its been playing up so i moved to opera, I was playing LoL and watching yt in chrome, it freezes then a press reset then it works. That happened a couple of days ago but the problems been like a week +.

Iv'e clicked upgrade.

It's froze and the reset button won't work I might as well clean install. I have a separate HDD that I'll unplug

You sure? I'd try to work with it first, but if you are certain I recommend it.
