nope but it has a 16x 2.0

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

i litteraly googles  H81M-P33 and looked at the top result which was MSIs website, went to specs and hit ctrt+F and typed pci and then it showed me :)

It's not like it matters, because you're not going to use powerful processors and video cards powerful enough that v3.0 would make a difference over v2.0

PCI-e 2.0 x16 offers more than enough bandwidth for any video card you would use with such motherboard.
